Bihar Board Matriculation Exams Begin Today, 1.5 Million Students Will Appear at 1,699 Centers

The Matriculation (10th) exams conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) began today across the state. Extensive preparations have been made for the exam this year, and it is being conducted under tight security and surveillance. A total of 1,512,687 students registered for the Matriculation exam this year. These include 7,85,726 girls and 7,26,961 boys. 1,699 examination centers have been set up across Bihar, where the exam will be conducted in two shifts.

Exam will be conducted in two shifts

The first shift will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., while the second shift will run from 2:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Entry to the examination centers will begin one hour before the exam begins, and the entrances will close half an hour before the exam begins.

Students' entry will begin at 8:30 a.m

Students' entry for the first shift began at 8:30 a.m., and they will be allowed to enter the examination center only until 9:00 a.m. Students' entry for the second shift will begin at 1:00 p.m., and they will be allowed to enter only until 1:30 p.m. After that, no students will be allowed to enter. Special arrangements have also been made for the examination in Patna district. 70 examination centers have been set up here for a total of 71,022 candidates. All centers are being monitored by the administration and the education department to ensure a peaceful and fair examination.

Advice to reach the examination center on time

The board has advised candidates to reach the examination center on time to avoid any problems. Strict rules have been implemented at the examination centers, and no student is being allowed to enter without an admit card. This Bihar Board examination is considered extremely important for students' futures, so students are appearing for the examination with complete preparation and discipline.
