BJP poised for dominant victory in Madhya Pradesh, says CM Chouhan
As the countdown to the vote counting in Madhya Pradesh begins, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has asserted that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is poised to establish governance in the state with a substantial majority.

Expressing confidence, Chouhan stated, "We are assured that the BJP will form the government in the state with a significant majority. We have received love, affection, and blessings from every segment of society. Ladli Bahna has bestowed her blessings, and nieces and nephews have also contributed. The Bharatiya Janata Party has garnered support from all walks of society, and we are on the verge of forming a government here with an overwhelming majority," he told reporters in Bhopal on Saturday.
Responding to inquiries about the BJP's expected seat count, Chouhan remarked that previous estimations would prove inaccurate.
Regarding the Congress party's confidence in victory, Chouhan said, "I am refraining from making statements today; everything will become clear tomorrow."
Madhya Pradesh, which underwent polling for its 230 seats on November 17, recorded a 77.15 percent voter turnout. The much-anticipated counting of votes is scheduled for December 3.
While most exit polls released on Thursday evening positioned the BJP ahead, with the Congress trailing, some projections provided an advantage to the Congress.
