BJP's 2nd Bihar List Released: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its second list for the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections. The party has announced the names of candidates for 12 assembly constituencies. The most prominent names on this list are renowned folk singer Maithili Thakur and IPS officer Anand Mishra.

The BJP has fielded young and well-known faces, fielding Maithili Thakur from the Alinagar assembly seat, while Anand Mishra, known as a dynamic IPS officer, has been given the ticket from Buxar. Chhoti Kumari gets ticket from Chhapra
The BJP has given a ticket to Chhoti Kumari from Chhapra. Additionally, candidates for reserved seats have also been announced, with Birendra Kumar fielded from Rosera (SC) and Mr. Mahesh Paswan from Agiaon (SC).
Whose ticket has been cancelled?
The BJP has cancelled Kusum Devi's ticket. Subhash Singh has been given the ticket from Gopalganj in her place. Gyanendra Singh Gyanu's ticket has also been cancelled from Barh, replacing Siyaram Singh. Suresh Sharma's ticket has been cancelled from Muzaffarpur, replacing Ranjan Kumar.
71 names revealed in the first list
It's worth noting that the BJP previously released another list, announcing the names of 71 candidates. It's worth noting that the BJP is contesting 101 seats in this election. The NDA alliance has secured 101 seats, while the JDU is also contesting 101 seats. Chirag Paswan's party has won 29 seats. Additionally, six seats each have been allocated to the parties of Upendra Kushwaha and Jitan Ram Manjhi.
