BPSC Protest: Prashant Kishore will go to jail, refused to sign bail bond
BPSC Protest: Prashant Kishore, founder of Jan Suraj, who was on a hunger strike demanding the cancellation of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC)'s 70th PT exam, has been arrested by Patna Police. According to the information received, he was given conditional bail by Patna Civil Court.
But he refused to sign the bail bond. He has decided that he will go to jail and continue the hunger strike in the jail itself.

Let us tell you that he was taken from Gandhi Maidan to AIIMS. Where medical examination could not be done, after that his medical checkup was done in Fatuha Hospital. Patna Police then produced him in Patna Civil Court where he has been granted bail.

Although Prashant Kishore was given conditional bail. In which he was barred from going to the protest site. But Prashant Kishore refused to take bail. He has decided to go to jail. His lawyer Shivanand Giri tried to convince him continuously, but he did not agree.
He was on hunger strike demanding cancellation of 70th examination
Prashant was on hunger strike in favor of BPSC candidates. Let us tell you that Prashant Kishore was raising his voice in favor of BPSC candidates. For the last 5 days, he was on hunger strike demanding cancellation of 70th examination of Bihar Public Service Commission. After midnight, at around 4 am, Patna Police team reached Gandhi Maidan to take Prashant Kishore into custody and forcibly took him with them. According to the information, police from about 10 police stations had reached Gandhi Maidan.
