Brutality with a 5th class student in Lucknow, Father filed a case against two youths

Rape In Lucknow: Meanwhile a disturbing, incident has come to light in the capital of Uttar Pradesh. A 5th class minor student was returning from school, some youths kidnapped her in a car, and took her to a hotel and gangraped her. In the while case has been registered in Sarojini Nagar police station. On victim’s father complaint.

5th class minor student kidnapped & raped

A minior student was gangraped in Lucknow. Two youths kidnapped her while returning from school. First they snatched the bag, then pulled her into the car and made her sit. They forcibly took her to a hotel and did wrong things. The incident is from Sarojini Nagar police station area.

As by the sources the accused had made obscene pictures and videos of the minor. All though the culprit has threatened her, if she mentioned the incident to anyone, they would make the video viral. After the incident they dropped the innocent near her house and fled away.

Threatened her about consequences

However the victim reached home,  and told her father about her ordeal. On hearing this, the father was shocked, the father said- she was crying so much that she was not able to tell anything.

Police took one accused into custody

Though Sarojini Nagar police has registered the case, while  DCP Keshav Kumar said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered under relevant sections. Also, one accused has been taken into custody. Police has also got the CCTV footage of the hotel, due to which further legal action is being taken in the case.
