CBI has given a clean chit to Rhea Chakraborty and her family. According to the CBI investigation, no one is responsible for the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.

The closure report has been filed in both the cases, the allegations made by Sushant's father against Rhea Chakraborty and the allegations made by Rhea against Sushant's family. CBI took over Sushant case in August 2020 and started investigation. After 4 years of investigation, CBI has filed a closure report. According to the report and sources, actress Rhea have been given a clean chit. CBI did not find any evidence that could prove that someone forced Sushant to commit suicide.
There was no tampering with the evidence
Sushant Singh Rajput's family has the option to file a 'protest petition' in Mumbai court. CBI had got Sushant's suicide case investigated by AIIMS experts. AIIMS forensic team had denied any kind of wrongdoing in Sushant suicide case. Social media chats were sent to America for investigation through MLAT.

The investigation revealed that there was no tampering in the chats. Rhea Chakraborty has been Sushant's former girlfriend and herself has demanded an investigation from Home Minister Amit Shah in Sushant suicide case.
