CM Yogi's ‘secret plane’ on Amrit Snan of Vasant Panchami in Mahakumbh, to control crowd
A special plan of crowd management has been prepared by running special plan on Amrit Snan of Vasant Panchami in Mahakumbh. This plan has been made on the strict instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. A one-way route has been prepared for the safety of the devotees. Apart from this, special arrangements have also been made to ensure that the people coming to the fair do not face any kind of problem on the pontoon bridges.
The most important thing is that additional police forces are being deployed to prevent excessive pressure on the ghats of Triveni, where senior officers will also be deployed with the team. The number of barricading has also been increased.

One way route will be strictly implemented
One way route will be strictly implemented on Amrit Snan of Vasant Panchami. It has been decided to strictly implement one way traffic system on Vasant Panchami day in Maha Kumbh. Traffic diversion will be done on major routes to control the smooth traffic of devotees and in case of excessive number. Traffic will continue on most of the pontoon bridges. Also, additional police force and barricading have been arranged to control the crowd at the bathing ghats
Strict security arrangements at every major area
Special security arrangements have been made on New Yamuna Bridge. A company PAC has been deployed under the leadership of an additional gazetted officer to control the traffic from Naini to Sangam. Apart from this, two motorcycle squads will patrol continuously. Not only this, but the side railing of the bridge has also been fixed, so that any kind of accident can be avoided.
Crowd management at Tikramafi turn
CAPF has been deployed under the leadership of a gazetted officer. The traffic coming from Jhunsi towards Tikramafi turn will be diverted from Katka Tiraha, Giraffe Chauraha, Chhatnag turn and Samudrakup turn. The divider of the road has been leveled so that the devotees do not face any problem.\
Special arrangements on Phaphamau bridge and pontoon bridges
Special arrangements have been made on Phaphamau bridge and pontoon bridges. Policemen will be patrolling continuously with two motorcycle squads and PAC has been deployed to control the traffic and entry and exit of devotees.
Arrangements for railway station and bus movement
Special arrangements have been made at Jhunsi railway station. PAC has been deployed here under the leadership of a gazetted officer. Strong barricading has been done at the entry and exit points. Also, the frequency of trains is being increased by talking to the railway officials.
Plan for bus operation in Jhunsi area prepared
Arrangements have been made for bus operation for Gorakhpur and Varanasi from the temporary bus station Saraswati Dwar. Adequate number of reserve buses will be parked in Jhunsi at night. Shuttle buses will be operated from Andawa to Saraswati Dwar and Sahaso. So that the devotees coming to the fair do not face any inconvenience.
Special security at Prayag Junction
Police and two companies of PAC have been deployed under the leadership of three Deputy Superintendents of Police. Strong barricading and adequate police force have been arranged at Yudhishthir intersection to stop the traffic going towards Prayag Junction from the IERT flyover. Adequate signage has been arranged for the convenience of the devotees.
Additional security and traffic management
Additional police and traffic police have been deployed at Andawa and Sahaso intersections. Nine motorcycle squads will keep constant vigil here. Cranes are being arranged to deal with any emergency.

Gazetted officers will keep an eye on sensitive places. 56 Quick Response Teams (QRTs) have been deployed. 15 motorcycle squads have been deployed for effective patrolling. CAPF and PAC have been deployed at the barriers of major intersections and diversion points.
