Delhi: 4 Dead, Many People Trapped As Building Collapses In Mustafabad
Delhi Building Collapse: A building collapsed in Mustafabad area of Delhi, many people are feared trapped in the rubble. According to officials, NDRF and Delhi Police teams have reached the spot and rescue operations are currently underway. Fire department officer Rajendra Atwal said that we received information about a house collapse at around 2:50 am.
On receiving the information at 2:50 am, 8 fire engines were sent and 14 people were rescued safely. 4 people rescued from the debris have died.
Hopes buried under the rubble!
We reached the spot and found that the entire building had collapsed, and we received information about people being trapped under the rubble. NDRF and fire department are working to rescue people.
The fire department received the information about the accident at 2:50 am, after which the rescue operation was started immediately.

Four-storey building collapsed in Delhi
The Delhi Fire Service said that 8 fire engines were sent to the spot and so far, 14 people have been safely evacuated from the debris and taken to the hospital. According to Delhi Police, out of the 14 people who were rescued from the debris of the building, four people have died and 10 are undergoing treatment.
Rescue operation continues
According to officials, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and Delhi Police teams have reached the spot and rescue operations are currently underway. Divisional Fire Officer Rajendra Atwal said that we received a call about a house collapse at around 2:50 am.
We reached the spot and found that the entire building had collapsed, and people were trapped under the debris.
NDRF, Delhi Fire Services are working to rescue people.
Delhi witnessed a sudden change in weather on Friday, with reports of buildings collapsing in several areas of the city due to heavy rains and thunderstorms on Friday night.
Last week also a wall collapsed
In a related incident last week, one man was killed, and two others were injured when a wall of an under-construction building collapsed near Madhu Vihar police station during a dust storm. According to the police, the wall belonged to a six-storey building under construction. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (East) Vineet Kumar said that around 7 pm we received a PCR call.
