Delhi Assembly's budget session set to start on stormy note, CM will present on March 25

The budget session of the Delhi Assembly is starting from today. While on March 25, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will present the budget. Question Hour will be organized on all days except this day. During the session, the proceedings of the House will start at 11 am every day. During the budget session, there is a possibility of discussion on the policies and schemes of the Delhi government.

Tomorrow, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, who also holds the Finance Department, will present the Delhi budget.

This budget session, starting from March 24, will run till March 28.

The general discussion on the budget will be held on March 26, in which the MLAs will analyze the financial allocation and policy initiatives. Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta said on Sunday that the proposed budget will be discussed and voted on in the Assembly on March 27.

There will be a debate on water crisis today

According to Monday's agenda, the House will debate on 'water shortage in Delhi, waterlogging, sewerage blockage and cleaning of drains'. In this session, the report of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) related to Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) will be presented.

Proposed budget will be discussed and voted on in the Assembly on March 27.

The opposition is also preparing to surround the government on various issues. This budget can bring many important announcements for the people of Delhi, especially new provisions are expected in the field of traffic, health, education and infrastructure.

CM called it 'Developed Delhi Budget'

CM Rekha Gupta has given the outline of Delhi's budget. She termed this budget as 'Developed Delhi Budget' and said that its main objective will be to focus on the economic empowerment of women, better education and health services, improvement in infrastructure, problems of pollution and waterlogging
