Dense Fog Turns Deadly: A major road accident occurred on the Eastern Peripheral Highway in Greater Noida on Monday morning due to dense fog. 12 vehicles collided with each other, injuring several people. The injured were admitted to the hospital by the police. Vehicles are being removed to clear the traffic jam. The incident is reported to be from the Dankaur police station area.

Upon receiving information about the incident, the police also reached the spot and, with the help of local people, admitted the injured to the hospital. The police said that due to dense fog, about 12 vehicles collided with each other, injuring several people. The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

The police said that the accident occurred while coming from Palwal to Greater Noida. It is worth noting that earlier on Sunday and Saturday, accidents also occurred on the Eastern Peripheral Highway, and several vehicles collided with each other.

On Monday morning, due to dense fog in Greater Noida, visibility on the roads was extremely low. This is directly affecting the Yamuna Expressway. Meanwhile, due to safety concerns in the dense fog, the Noida Traffic Police is escorting vehicles in convoys from Zero Point in Greater Noida onto the Yamuna Expressway.

It's worth noting that dense fog has been observed continuously in Noida and Greater Noida for the past three days. As a result, speed limits have been reduced on the Yamuna Expressway, as well as the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the elevated road.
