DLF's net profit rose 39 per cent to 1,282 crores in a year
DLF said in a statement on Monday that its sales bookings grew 44 per cent in FY 2024-25 as against Rs 14,778 crore in the previous financial year 2023-24. Bumper bookings in the ultra-luxury residential project 'The Dahlias' in Gurugram have played an important role in this.

Realty giant DLF Ltd's consolidated net profit rose 39 per cent to Rs 1,282 crore in the March quarter, while its sales bookings for the entire financial year 2024-25 reached a record level of Rs 21,223 crore.
The country's leading real estate company's net profit rose 39 per cent to Rs 1,282.2 crore in the March quarter of FY 2024-25 as against Rs 919.82 crore in the same period a year ago.

The company's total income in the last quarter increased to Rs 3,347.77 crore from Rs 2,316.7 crore in the same period last year.
DLF's net profit for the entire financial year 2024-25 increased to Rs 4,366.82 crore as against Rs 2,723.53 crore in the previous financial year. While company total profit increased to Rs 8,995.89 crore in the last financial year from Rs 6,958.34 crore.
