Dubai Crown Prince first official visit to India, will meet PM Modi today
Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum has arrived in Delhi today on his two-day visit to India. His plane landed at Delhi Airport, where the Prince was welcomed through a cultural program. He was so mesmerized by this program that he took out his phone and made a video.
During this visit, Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum will meet Foreign Minister S Jaishankar and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. He will also participate in a business roundtable organized to strengthen India-UAE relations.
First visit of the Crown Prince to India
The Ministry of External Affairs has issued a statement saying that Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum's visit is taking place at the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will host lunch for the Crown Prince" today. This is his first official visit to India as the Crown Prince of Dubai. At the same time, many ministers, senior government officials and a high-level business delegation have also reached India with Sheikh Hamdan.

This visit is focused on strengthening India-UAE relations
The Ministry of External Affairs said, 'The visit of the Crown Prince will further strengthen the India-UAE Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP). It will also strengthen our multifaceted relations with Dubai.' This visit underlines the strategy to build strategic alliances with key international partners to promote development, promote innovation and enhance cooperation in important areas.
Deep relations between UAE and India
In recent years, bilateral relations between the UAE and India have strengthened under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and Narendra Modi. In 2024, the UAE President was given a warm welcome in the country when he arrived in Gujarat to attend the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit as the chief guest. The population of Indians in the UAE has reached around 40 lakhs in 2024.
