X Down: Social media platform 'X' is going down repeatedly. Users are not able to access. After this problem happening continuously since Monday (March 10), Tesla and Starlink CEO Elon Musk has broken his silence. On Tuesday (March 11), Musk said that cyber-attacks are happening continuously on his [X]. Due to which 'X' service is getting affected all over the world.

Musk said that we do not know what actually happened. .... but cyber attackers with IP addresses generated from Ukraine region brought down the 'X' system. This was a large-scale cyber-attack.

No access to the facility of embedding X posts

X platform services went down several times on Monday. The problem persists on Tuesday as well. Its effect was visible on web and app users. Downdetector, a website that tracks global outages, also tracked this outage.

Downdetector reported that by 10 am, 39,021 users reported in the US. By 5 pm, the number of reports had reduced to almost half. Due to this outage, the facility of embedding X posts was also not accessible.

X platform services went down several times on Monday

Let us tell you that US President Donald Trump's advisor Elon Musk recently criticized Ukraine's war efforts against Russia. On Sunday (March 9), Musk threatened to shut down Ukraine's internet. Musk had said that if he shut down his Starlink internet system in Ukraine, Ukraine's defense line would collapse.

However, later Musk clarified in another X post that no matter how much I am against Ukraine's policy, I will never shut down Starlink's terminals there. Claimed that cyber-attacks are taking place on a large scale on his social media platform X (old name Twitter). Musk has suspected Ukraine behind this.

Dark Storm Team takes responsibility

According to a Telegram channel, the pro-Palestine hacker group Dark Storm Team has taken responsibility for the DDoS attack on X. However, this group is known for targeting countries that support Israel's military actions in Gaza.
