"My and Zuck's foundations, not the UFC, will oversee the bout. This platform and Meta will both host a live stream. Nothing new at all, everything in the camera frame will be from ancient Rome, according to Musk.
"I spoke with the culture minister and prime minister of Italy. They have settled on a fantastic spot, Musk continued.
Musk hasn't specified the precise location of the duel, which is scheduled to occur in Italy.
Musk has rejected the prospect of the bout being overseen by UFC with the latest statement. Dana White, president of the UFC, had previously mentioned that he was open to helping set up the fight between the two tech billionaires.
Musk had previously stated in a tweet that all of the fight's earnings will go to a veterans' organization.
The fight will be managed by my and Zuck’s foundations (not UFC).
Livestream will be on this platform and Meta. Everything in camera frame will be ancient Rome, so nothing modern at all.
I spoke to the PM of Italy and Minister of Culture. They have agreed on an epic location.

Musk has been particularly active in recent months in disseminating new information on the conflict. His frequent tweets on the subject have piqued fans' and netizens' intense attention.
Additionally, Musk and Zuckerberg have been getting ready for battle. Zuckerberg was spotted posing during a training session with two elite UFC fighters, Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski, a few weeks ago, according to an Instagram post.
On the other hand, pictures of Musk practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu alongside Lex Fridman, a black belt, had surfaced a few weeks earlier. Musk disclosed that he had studied taekwondo, judo, and karate as a child and Brazilian jiu-jitsu as an adult during an interview with podcaster Joe Rogan.
In the business realm of technology, Musk's "X" and Zuckerberg's recently created social networking platform "Threads" are rivals.
