Fire engulfed 300 two-wheelers in Vijayawada

A significant fire erupted in a two-wheeler showroom in Vijayawada, consuming over 300 two-wheelers.

The fire originated in the TVS showroom due to a short circuit, rapidly spreading to the adjoining godown as they were closely constructed. This proximity exacerbated the extent of the damage.

This tragic incident occurred on Thursday morning, involving a total of 1000 two-wheelers stored in the godown.

Upon being notified by security personnel, the fire department dispatched two fire trucks to the scene promptly.

The TVS showroom is situated in the KP Nagar area, adjacent to the Chennai-Kolkata national highway.

This establishment was the largest TVS showroom in the Krishna district.

The owner of the showroom is believed to have incurred a loss of 15 Crores.
