First fake photo with Vaibhav Suryavanshi, now Preity Zinta went to court, what’s new matter?
Preity Zinta has reached the court. The question is why? Is the reason behind her knocking the door of the court the fake photo that went viral with Vaibhav Suryavanshi a few days ago? After the match played between Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals on May 18, a picture of Preity Zinta hugging Vaibhav Suryavanshi went viral on social media. When people started believing that picture to be true, Preity Zinta herself had to come and tell that it was a fake photo.
Now just 2 days after that incident, there is news of Preity Zinta approaching the court, so why?

Preity Zinta reached the court
Actually, the reason behind Preity Zinta approaching the court is not at all the fake photo of her with Vaibhav Suryavanshi. The reason behind this is actually the ongoing dispute with the rest of the co-owners of her IPL team Punjab Kings. Actress and director of KPH Dream Cricket Private Limited Preity Zinta has once again approached the Chandigarh Court against co-directors Mohit Burman and Ness Wadia.
What is the new matter?
In the petition filed in the court, Preity Zinta has demanded that the company's EGM held on April 21 be declared illegal and invalid. She claimed that the meeting was held in open violation of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Secretariat Standards on General Meetings with the active support of Ness Wadia on behalf of Mohit Burman.
Demand to stop the resolutions passed in the EGM
Preity Zinta also demanded that Mohit Burman and Ness Wadia be prevented from implementing any resolution passed in that meeting and Munish Khanna be prevented from acting as a director of the company or declaring himself a director.
In addition, she has sought to restrain the company and other directors from holding any board meeting or general meeting or doing any work relating to the affairs of the company, without her and Karan Paul's presence, and in the presence of Munish Khanna, during the pendency of the suit.

Preity Zinta holds a 23% stake in KPH Dream Cricket Private Limited, a private company registered under the Companies Act, 1956. The company, which owns the Punjab Kings cricket team, is a franchise holder of the IPL.
Preity has already gone to court against Mohit Burman
The court has issued notices to the defendants to file a reply in response to the suit. Preity Zinta had earlier also approached the court to prevent Mohit Burman from selling or transferring to any third party rights over her 11.5 percent stake in the company.
