Flight tickets from Srinagar exorbitantly high, why is the central government silent?

The airlines companies took the disaster as an opportunity and charged three to four times more money from the tourists to leave Srinagar.
After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on one hand the atmosphere in the valley is tense, on the other hand, the tourists trying to get out of Srinagar are facing a huge increase in air fare.
Flight tickets from Srinagar remains exorbitantly high
The situation is such that the fare from Srinagar to cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore has increased by 3 to 5 times more than normal days, and the airlines companies are taking advantage of the situation by taking arbitrary charges, taking the disaster as an opportunity.

Currently, on normal days, the one-way fare from Srinagar to Delhi is around ₹4,000 to ₹6,000, but after the accident in Pahalgam, it has gone up to ₹20,000 to ₹28,000.
A private airline company has even charged ₹62,000 for business class, taking advantage of the situation.
Both local residents and tourists are seen strongly condemning this price hike. There is a huge crowd at Srinagar airport, and anger of passengers is also visible at the ticket counters. But tourists are now ready to pay a hefty amount to get out of there in times of trouble.
Aviation Minister held an emergency meeting with airlines
Civil Aviation Minister K. Ram Mohan Naidu held an emergency meeting with all airlines and issued strict advisories against sudden fare hike on the Srinagar route. He also ensured that all airlines maintain the normal fare level. The Union Minister has instructed the airlines to cooperate with the state governments and local administration in bringing the bodies of the accident victims to their home states.

On one hand, Kashmiri businessmen were seen helping for free, on the other hand, aviation companies were seen taking the disaster as an opportunity.
After the Pahalgam accident, Kashmir's hoteliers, auto-taxi drivers, dhaba owners provided free services to the stranded tourists. Hoteliers did not charge for food. Auto-taxi drivers dropped passengers to their destinations for free. But look at our aviation companies, they found an opportunity in the disaster. They increased the airfares from Srinagar to various airports of the country by three to four times.
