Fraudulent recruitment racket exposed: Fake IAS officer arrested in job scam

Fraudulent recruitment racket exposed: Police has arrested accused Deepak Jain alias RK Agarwal from Agra in Uttar Pradesh for cheating people of about 70 lakh rupees by promising jobs in Vidhan Sabha and Secretariat. He used to cheat people by pretending to be a fake IAS officer.

He, along with his gang, cheated 14 people by promising jobs and committed a fraud of Rs 70 lakh.

He and the cunning criminals associated with his gang used to cheat people by promising jobs in Secretariat and Vidhan Sabha and extorted huge amounts of money. Other criminals associated with the gang also used to cheat people by pretending to be in high positions and promising jobs.

Police has already arrested the main kingpin of this gang Suneet Sharma alias Abhishek and Montu Meena. Montu Meena has also been caught by SOG earlier. Jaipur (West) DCP Amit Kumar has given this information.

Cheat people by promising jobs in Secretariat and Vidhan Sabha

Case registered in Murlipura police station two years ago: He told, a special team was formed to arrest the wanted accused in the case registered in the name of getting a government job in Murlipura police station. This team has arrested Deepak Jain alias R.K. Agarwal, resident of Agra (Uttar Pradesh) from Agra. Head constable Laxman Singh and constable Manoj Kumar of the team succeeded in arresting him.

He has been arrested in a two-year-old case. He told; retired soldier Mansingh had registered a case in Murlipura police station regarding this entire matter.

Police arrested the main kingpin of this gang.

14 people including retired soldier's brother cheated: According to DCP Amit Kumar, complainant Mansingh told in his complaint that his brother is preparing for competitive examination. He came in contact with Anil Kumar Meena. He got him in touch with Kamal Kishore Meena alias Montu Meena and Abhishek alias Suneet Sharma.

They lured him with their high connections and swindled Rs 70 lakh from 14 boys in the name of getting them jobs. They also issued them fake call letters in the name of the Vidhan Sabha. On this basis, a case was registered in the Murlipura police station in the year 2023.

Fake IAS and doctor called for interview

Investigation into this matter has revealed that the main kingpins of the gang in the name of getting jobs in the Vidhan Sabha and Secretariat are Suneet Sharma alias Abhishek and Montu Meena alias Kamal Kishore. Who had hired a fake IAS officer and a fake doctor to take fake interviews in their gang. The kingpins took Rs 6 lakh each from all the 14 boys and issued fake call letters and introduced them to fake IAS officer Deepak Jain alias RK Agarwal and Doctor Rajendra Kumar alias Ramlal Meena.

Main kingpins are still in jail

He said that the main kingpins of this gang are Suneet Sharma alias Abhishek, resident of Paramhans Colony, Murlipura, Jaipur and Kamal Kishore alias Montu Meena, resident of Dadu Dayal Nagar, Mansarovar. Both the accused were arrested in May 2024. Both are still in judicial custody (jail) in this case.

Many more revelations expected during interrogation

Fake IAS officer Deepak Jain alias RK Agarwal told during interrogation that in the year 2021, the gang leaders introduced him to the complainant Mansingh near Statue Circle by making him a fake IAS officer.

At that time, he had assured to get a job for the complainant's brother and others in exchange for money. He told that many more revelations are expected during interrogation of Deepak Jain alias RK Agarwal.
