G20 Summit: Delhi Metro timings to be changed from 8 to 10 September. Details here
According to officials, all lines of the Delhi Metro network would start operating at 4 am on September 8 through September 10 starting at the terminal stations, according to PTI.

This early start is intended to make it easier for people, police officers, and staff from other helping agencies to move around while the G20 Summit is in session in order to ensure security, law and order, and traffic arrangements.
Parking lots in certain areas will be closed
Additionally, from four in the morning on September 8 till noon on September 11, parking lots at the metro stations at Supreme Court, Patel Chowk, and RK Ashram Marg will be closed.
On all lines, trains will initially run every 30 minutes until 6 in the morning. Metro services will resume their regularly scheduled schedule after 6 a.m.
In advance of the next G20 Summit, the Delhi government published a gazette notification on September 5 outlining traffic limitations in the nation's capital, according to ANI.
Prohibition on Mathura Road
The notification states that from September 7 at midnight to September 10 at 11:59 PM, different vehicle types, like goods vehicles, commercial vehicles, interstate buses, and local city buses, will not be permitted to operate on Mathura Road (beyond Ashram Chowk), Bhairon Road, Purana Quila Road, or inside Pragati Maidan Tunnel.
"No Entry Permission"
However, commercial vehicles carrying necessities like milk, vegetables, fruits, medical supplies, and others will be allowed entry into Delhi if they have a valid "No Entry Permission."
A "Controlled Zone-I" designation will also be placed over the entirety of New Delhi District from 5 a.m. on September 8 until 11:59 p.m. on September 10. During the same time frame, the region inside the Ring Road (Mahatma Gandhi Marg) will be regarded as a "Regulated Zone".
However, on the Ring Road and the road network beyond the Ring Road in the direction of Delhi's borders, all commercial vehicle types, including the buses already present in Delhi, would be allowed to travel.
