Planned burglaries on court dates and selected houses based on newspapers
Police investigations revealed that this gang operated in an extremely cunning manner. The accused would meet under the pretext of attending court hearings and would sit there to formulate plans for their next burglary. During their reconnaissance, they would keep an eye on houses outside which newspapers or pamphlets had been lying uncollected for several days. Presuming such houses to be locked and vacant, they would break the locks to gain entry during the night and carry out the burglary.
Necklaces, rings, anklets, laptops... Valuable Goods, Including Gold Jewelry, Recovered
From the possession of the accused, authorities have recovered a gold necklace, four rings, three pairs of stud earrings, hoop earrings, toe rings, a chain, anklets, and a laptop. Additionally, the WagonR vehicle used in the crime has also been seized. According to the police, these individuals used to transport the stolen jewelry to Kaithal and sell it there. Multiple cases are already registered against both accused individuals, and the police are currently gathering information regarding their criminal history in other states as well.
