Under the guidelines of Gautam Budh Nagar Commissioner Laxmi Singh, Noida, Greater Noida police have taken a major step to prevent road death in the city. The GBN Commissionerate has trained nine critical corridor police teams, for the safety of the people in view of the increasing number of road accident death.

“Golden Hour = Saved Lives” The Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh and the Additional Director General of Police, Traffic, Uttar Pradesh have identified 20 Commissionerates.

Districts of Uttar Pradesh for the effective implementation of the Zero Fatality District (ZFD) program to facilitate and improve the traffic system in the state's, Commissionerates/Districts and to take effective action to reduce the loss of life in road accidents.

In this, 09 police stations of Commissionerate Gautam Buddh Nagar have been identified as falling in the area of ​​Critical Police Station along NH-334C, NI-2.

According to the DG Circular, 09 Critical Corridor Teams (CC Teams) have been formed in the above police station areas. One Sub-Inspector and 04 Constables have been deployed in each team whose job is to reach the accident spot as soon as information about the accident is received.

And immediately take the injured people to the nearest hospital and to investigate and ascertain the causes of the accident and to resolve the problem by establishing coordination with the concerned.

The medical team of Felix Hospital organized a training program on CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) and Basic Life-Saving Techniques in the Sector-108 auditorium. Police personnel posted at the police station level (Critical Corridor) and Dial-112 participated in the training and learned life-saving skills and practiced heart-rescue skills by doing practical exercises on model dummies.

To achieve the Honorable Chief Minister's goal of reducing road accidents by 50%, this training will prove extremely useful in strengthening life-saving capabilities in emergency situations and enabling police personnel to respond quickly and effectively.
