The Gautam Buddh Nagar Commissionerate Police have effectively implemented the AI-based Yaksha app to enhance crime control, streamline the identification of criminals, and ensure swifter police action. Mapping has been completed for 2,009 villages and neighborhoods across the district.

Under this initiative, 2,009 villages and neighborhoods have been mapped, and digital profiles—or 'kundalis'—of over 20,000 criminals have been compiled.

Under the direction of Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh Noida Police have implemented the AI-based 'Yaksha' app.

Digital profiles have been created for more than 20,000 criminals. Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh stated that the Yaksha app is being utilized to digitally compile information regarding criminals, gangs, history-sheeters, and specific police beats.

To improve policing through modern technology, work was undertaken across all three zones of the Commissionerate. The mapping of 2,009 villages and neighborhoods falling under the Commissionerate's jurisdiction has been completed. Consequently, geographical and administrative details regarding these areas will now be digitally accessible.

Furthermore, the 100% registration of population-related details has been completed across all 822 police beats falling under the various police stations. This initiative is expected to make beat policing significantly more effective, thereby accelerating crime control efforts and facilitating the provision of rapid police assistance during emergency situations.

Data Compiled for 20,000 Criminals

Additional Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), Rajiv Narain Mishra, stated that the Commissionerate Police have compiled detailed records for a total of 20,537 criminals associated with police stations across all three zones. Of these, the details of 19,931 criminals have already been verified. Additionally, records for 189 listed gangs and 73 history-sheeters have been registered.
