Giving such wrong figures and saying that this polling officer has said that this woman has voted twice. The Election Commission should not work on such serious issues without an affidavit." No one lodged an objection

The Chief Election Commissioner said, 'Perhaps that is why no political party has lodged a single objection since August 1. Which the Election Commission does not accept, the Election Commission is saying that there may be errors in it, let us correct it, there are still 15 days left, if the same kind of allegations start coming even after September 1, then who is responsible?

Every recognized party still has 15 days left... I appeal to all political parties to point out the errors in it before September 1, the Election Commission is ready to correct them.

Purpose of SIR is to purify the voter list - ECI

He said, "SIR was not done in the last 20 years. Its main purpose is to purify the voter list. SIR is being done after receiving many complaints from political parties. 22 lakh dead voters in Bihar have died not in the last six months, but in the last several years, although it was not recorded in the records. When all the proper procedures of the election were followed and no election petition was filed, then why are allegations of vote theft being made?"
