Gold fell by 727 to 93,058: There is a fall in the price of gold and silver on 20 May. According to India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold has fallen by ₹ 727 to ₹ 93,058. Earlier the price of gold was ₹ 93,785 per 10 grams. At the same time, the price of silver has fallen by ₹ 801 to ₹ 94,954. Earlier the price of silver was ₹ 95,755 per kg.

Earlier gold had made an all-time high of ₹ 99,100 on 21 April and silver on 28 March at ₹ 1,00,934.

Gold has become costlier by Rs 16,896 so far this year

This year, i.e. from January 1 till now, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold has increased from Rs 76,162 to Rs 16,896 to Rs 93,058. At the same time, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 8,937 from Rs 86,017 per kg to Rs 94,954. At the same time, last year i.e. in 2024, gold became costlier by Rs 12,810.
