Government Extends the Roof top solar Programm till 2026.

<p>According to the latest information, the government have asked the consumers to not pay for additional solar program, as the Solar Roof top programm is for now extended up to 2026 as per the government.As per government the program is extended up to 31st March 2026. According to the latest information, the government have asked the consumers to not pay for additional solar program, as the Solar Roof top programm is for now extended up to 2026 as per the government.
As per government the program is extended up to 31st March 2026. While talking about the same Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) said in a statement, “The program has been extended till 31.03.2026 and therefore, subsidy under the program  will be available until the target under the programme is achieved.”

In case anyone come across any demands regarding this thing, one can issue the comping and reach out to the government via rts-mnre@gov.in. Consumers willing to install rooftop solar panels can apply and track the process on the National Portal.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the portal for rooftop solar on July 30, 2022. “The subsidy under National Portal has been fixed at Rs 14,588 per kW (for capacity up to 3 kW) for the entire country and residential consumers have to install rooftop solar plant from any one of the vendors registered by the respective distribution company of their Locality.”
