Gujarat: 3 people died, 4 injured in a collision between a car and a truck

Gujarat Road-Accident: Three people died and four people were seriously injured in a head-on collision between a car and a truck in Surendranagar district of Gujarat. The accident was so horrific that three people died on the spot. After receiving information about the accident, the police reached the spot and admitted the injured to the hospital and sent the bodies of the deceased for post-mortem.

Dhrangadhra-Malvan highway jammed after the accident

A tragic accident took place on the Dhrangadhra-Malvan highway in Surendranagar district of Gujarat on Thursday morning. Three people died and four people were injured in a collision between an Eco car and a truck. Local people informed Purant police and ambulance and started rescue work.

The injured have been taken to Patdi government hospital. The bodies have been sent for postmortem. After the accident, there was a long jam on the highway. Which was cleared by the police after a lot of hard work.

Police engaged in finding out the cause of the accident

Local people immediately informed the police and ambulance. Police and rescue team reached the spot and immediately took the injured to the nearest hospital where their condition remains critical. Police have sent the bodies of the deceased for postmortem and investigation into the cause of the accident has been started.

According to the police, initial investigation has revealed that the car was going at a high speed and the accident happened due to the truck coming in front of it. Police is examining the CCTV footage installed nearby on the highway.

However, a detailed investigation is being conducted to find out the real cause of the accident
