In the video, as the minister picks up the dirt from the ground, the Swachh Bharat song can be heard in the background. As the clip moves further, we can see him taking the water pipe and cleaning the toilets by himself.
After the inspection, the minister held multiple discussions over health and hygiene and also asked the students to participate with enthusiasm in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan initiated by the government.
