IND vs OMA, Asia Cup 2025: The final group stage match of the Asia Cup 2025 was played between India and Oman. India won the match in Abu Dhabi by 21 runs, securing a hat-trick of victories in the Asia Cup. Team India won the toss and decided to bat first. Batting first, India set a target of 189 runs for Oman, thanks to Sanju's fifty. In response, Oman also batted well, reaching a score of 167.
India made two changes to their playing eleven. Bumrah and Varun Chakravarthy were rested. Arshdeep and Harshit Rana replaced them. Arshdeep performed brilliantly in this match, taking his 100th T20 wicket.

Oman, chasing 189, got off to a strong start. Jatinder Singh and Aamir Kaleem took the pace bowlers to task. They took the score past 50 in the seventh over. However, Kuldeep Yadav struck first in the ninth over. Jatinder Singh was dismissed for 32. But then, a remarkable partnership was formed between Kaleem and Hammad Mirza. Kaleem scored a fifty off just 38 balls, and Mirza supported him admirably. India employed eight bowlers, but the Indian bowlers struggled to find a wicket. The two shared a 93-run partnership. Harshit Rana finally broke the partnership, and Kaleem was dismissed for 64. Oman ultimately managed only 167 for four in 20 overs.

Team India didn't have a good start. Shubman Gill lost his wicket in the second over, bowled by Shah Faisal. Gill scored only five runs. However, Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma then steadied the innings, taking India's score to 30 in four overs. However, Abhishek Sharma lost his wicket after scoring 38 runs. Hardik Pandya was then run out in the eighth over.
India defeated Oman by 21 runs
Axar Patel tried to stabilize the innings. He scored 26 runs in 13 balls but lost his wicket. Then, in the 14th over, Shivam Dube also lost his wicket. Dube scored only 5 runs. Sanju Samson then scored a fifty but was dismissed in the 18th over. Tilak Varma was looking in good form but lost his wicket in the 19th over. He scored 29 runs in 18 balls.
