Indian Coast Guard Director General Rakesh Pal died: Indian Coast Guard Director General Rakesh Pal died of heart attack. in Chennai. As by sources,he was admitted to Rajiv Gandhi General Hospital today after complaining of uneasiness. The Doctors examined him, they asked to do angio test. But after all, efferot he could not be saved, after this sad news. The Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin also visited the hospital and paid tribute to Rakesh Pal. His body will be brought to Delhi. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh expressed condolences on the death of the DG of Indian Coast Guard (ICG). He wrote a post on the X that, he is deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Indian Coast Guard Director General Rakesh Pal in Chennai today. Rakesh Pal was capable officer, under whose leadership the ICG was making great progress in strengthening Country security. My deeply condolences to his bereaved family.

 

 

Today only Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has inaugurated the new building of the Coast Guard's Maritime Rescue and Coordination Center in Chennai, and the Indian Coast Guard Director General Rakesh Pal was in Chennai to coordinate the whole ceremony.

Know who was Rakesh Pal

Rakesh Pal was a resident of Uttar Pradesh. He was appointed the 25th Director General of the Indian Coast Guard last year, Rakesh Pal was an alumnus of the Indian Naval Academy. Rakesh Pal joined the Indian Coast Guard in January 1989.He acquired many professional expertise in gunnery and weapon systems from Dronacharya, Indian Naval School, Kochi and Electro-Optics Fire Control Solution Course from UK. Raskesh Pal was a Committed Officers handled many responsibilities, he had 34years of experience. However, along this he held various prestigious staff appointments.
