J&K Assembly Elections: Union Home Minister Amit Shah released the party's manifesto for the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the territory of Jammu and Kashmir has been important for our party since independence. We have made many efforts to keep it together. He said that Article 370 has become history, it can never return.
J& Kashmir will be given the status of a full state
Amit Shah said, that Jammu and Kashmir will be given the status of a state. He also said that Jammu and Kashmir has been very close to our heart since 1947. He said that other political parties were involved in the politics of appeasement, they are responsible for separatism. He further added that the history of the last 10 years will be written in golden letters.

Today BJP has released its manifesto regarding the assembly elections to be held in Jammu and Kashmir. However Amit Shah said that 59 new colleges have been opened, out of which 30 are in Kashmir and 29 in Jammu. 2 AIIMS, IIT, IIM, NIFT, Unani hospitals have been opened in Jammu and Kashmir. In the last 70 years, students of Jammu and Kashmir had to go to the rest of the country for higher education. but now students from the rest of the country are coming to Jammu and Kashmir to get higher education. While Jammu and Kashmir is now moving on the path of development and progress.
Article 370 and 35A have now become history
In the meanwhile Amit Shah said that we will not let Omar Abdullah snatch away the reservation of Gujjars, Bakarwals and Paharis. There has been a big improvement in the law and order situation in the Kashmir Valley, there is no stone pelting now. We have demolished the terrorist ecosystem in the Kashmir Valley.
Dal Lake will be developed
He talked about the Sankalp Patra that Tawi River Front will be built in Jammu. Amusement park will be built in Srinagar. Dal Lake will be developed at the world level. Maa Samman Yojana will be brought. 2 cylinders will be given under Ujjwala Yojana. Students will be given coaching fees of Rs 10,000. Ayush Herbal Park will be built in Kishtwar. Rajouri will be made a tourism spot. A woman of the house will be given Rs 18,000. College students will be given assistance of Rs 3,000 every year. Amit Shah said that metro work will start in Jammu and Kashmir.
Farmers will be given Rs 10,000 annually
Damaged temples will be rebuilt. IT hub will be established. Pen Farmers will be given Rs 10,000 annually He said, '5 lakh jobs will be given. Ujjwala Yojana beneficiaries will be given 2 free LPG cylinders every year. Landless people will be given 5 marla land free through Atal Awas Yojana.
The long waited election in valley
However there are 90 assembly seats in Jammu and Kashmir, out of which 47 are in the valley and 43 in Jammu division. Elections are to be held in the state in three phases on 18 September, 25 September and 1 October, and the results will announce on 8 October. While the Home Minister said that the valley has developed and is developing in the last 10 years.
