Sachin Tendulkar received an invitation to attend Ram Mandir Inauguration Ceremony
With the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya just days away, cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar has been extended an invitation to attend the event.
Sachin becomes the second cricketer, following Virat Kohli, to receive an invitation to the Ayodhya Pran Pratishtha Ceremony. The highly anticipated inauguration of the temple is scheduled for January 22, with notable attendees expected, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Other prominent figures who have also been invited to the ceremony include Virat Kohli, Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Rajinikanth, Manmohan Singh, Dhanush, Mohanlal, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Prabhas, Yash, Arun Govil, among others. Invitations have also been extended to industrialists Mukesh Ambani, Anil Ambani, Ratan Tata, Gautam Adani, and TS Kalyanaraman.
The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has dispatched over 6,000 invitation cards nationwide for the grand consecration ceremony of 'Ram Lalla.' These invitations are extended to a diverse group of invitees. Reports suggest that more than a hundred thousand devotees are anticipated to gather in the temple town for the 'pran pratishtha' ceremony on January 22.
The Amrit Mahotsav will be held in Ayodhya from January 14 to January 22. The primary rituals on January 22 will be performed by Varanasi priest Lakshmi Kant Dixit.

During the Pran Pratishtha, a sacred ritual in which a Hindu temple consecrates a murti, holy hymns, and mantras are recited to welcome the deity as the temple resident. The Vedic rituals for the Pran-Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya are set to commence on January 16, a week ahead of the main ceremony.
