Career in Military
El Sisi graduated from the Egyptian Military Academy in the year 1977. He served as the commander of Egypt’s northern military region. And was appointed to the post of director of military intelligence in 2010. Sisi was the youngest member of the Supreme Council of Armed Forces(SCAF) during the Egyptian Revolution of 2011. Later he became commander in chief and Minister of Defense and Military Production in 2012.
Entry In Politics
Sisi took entry into Politics in 2013 after a protest to remove Morsi through an early election. He found the support of Egyptians who were tired of two years of political and economical turmoil. People wanted him to take the leadership of the country into his hands. In 2014 Supreme Council of Armed Forces gave him permission to run for president in-line with the desire of the masses. He quit in 2014 to become the president.
Won the election by a huge margin
Egypt’s electoral commission told that he won 96.1% votes of the total voters.

The Egyptian Army said that it killed over 2000 Sinani Militants by 2014 who killed hundreds of soldiers and police in the same period.
