Mahakumbh 2025: On the 44th day of Prayagraj Mahakumbh, there is a flood of devotees. Special preparations have been made here for Mahashivratri. More than 63.36 crore people took bath till 12 noon on 25 February. On Tuesday also, crowds are seen on all the roads leading to Sangam.

Tomorrow PM Narendra Modi will conclude the Mahakumbh on Mahashivratri. The entire fair area has been declared a no vehicle zone from 6 pm today.

On the 44th day of Mahakumbh, there is a crowd of devotees in Sangam. The number of bathers here has crossed 64 crores. There is a traffic jam due to the crowd of devotees.

CM Yogi said in the House that devotees are arriving from all over. Giving information in the Assembly, CM Yogi said that 80 lakh people reached Vatican City while 16 crore people are reaching Ayodhya. People are coming to Kashi, Vrindavan and Ayodhya.

Even before Mahashivratri, lakhs of devotees started reaching the religious city of Chitrakoot

Tomorrow is the last Amrit Snan of Mahashivratri in Sangam city Prayagraj, due to which devotees are reaching in large numbers in the religious city of Chitrakoot, the place of penance of Lord Ram, for which all preparations have also been made by the Chitrakoot district administration.

Everyday lakhs of devotees take bath in the holy Mandakini Ganga flowing through Chitrakoot and then visit and worship the Lord in the temples. The district administration has got berry cutting done in the Mandakini River so that the devotees can go into the deep water

Along with this, the devotees are also enjoying boating in the Mandakini River. Tight security arrangements have been made in Chitrakoot. Keeping in view the possibility of several lakhs of devotees reaching Chitrakoot on Mahashivratri, the temples are being cleaned and decorated where the devotees will perform Jalabhishek in the Shiva temples and the Shiva devotee Shankar Bhagwan's procession will also be taken out, for which preparations are being done in full swing.

Tight security arrangements have been made in Chitrakoot

Pradeep Tiwari, priest of Maharajadhiraj Matagajendra Nath Shiva Temple, said that preparations have been started in the temple for Mahashivratri tomorrow.

Along with cleaning the temple, the temple will be specially decorated, and the doors will be opened late at night and Aarti will be performed, after that the devotees will be able to perform Jalabhishek of Lord Shiva.

There will be separate lines for male and female devotees for Jalabhishek, in which all the devotees will be able to perform Jalabhishek of Lord Shankar easily.
