The validity of medical visa issued for Pakistani citizens will expire from today (29 April). In such a situation, on the instructions of the central government, the governments of all the states are engaged in sending Pakistani citizens back. After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian government took five big decisions against Pakistan, which include cancelling the visa issued for Pakistani citizens.
If not left India, will be jailed
The Indian government recently issued a notice regarding Pakistani citizens, in which it was said that if any Pakistani citizen does not leave India on time, he will be arrested, and a case will be filed.

According to the provision, those who do not leave India on time can face up to three years in jail or a fine of Rs 3 lakh or both.
Summary
The Indian government cancelled all existing valid visas issued to Pakistani nationals from April 27, while the validity of medical visas will expire on April 29, which means that Pakistani nationals who came to India on medical visas will have to leave India by April 29. The Ministry of External Affairs had said in a statement that all Pakistani nationals currently present in India should leave India before the expiry of the revised visa.
