MP BJP Minister gets flak for remarks on Col. Sofiya: High Court directs FIR against him

The High court asked the DGP to register an FIR and take action within 4 hours. In the case of the minister's statement, Rural DIG Nimesh Aggarwal says that we have not received the orders yet. The case will be registered as soon as the order comes.

The Jabalpur High Court bench of Justice Atul Shridharan and Justice Anuradha Shukla themselves took notice of the matter.

High Court directs FIR against MP Minister

The court ordered the DGP to register an FIR against the minister by this evening. If the DGP fails to do so, action will be taken against him under the Contempt of Court Act.
