PM Modi To Visit Karnataka Tomorrow To Flag Off 3 Vande Bharat Express Trains
3 New Vande Bharat Train: The number of Vande Bharat trains in the country is continuously increasing. Now three new Vande Bharat trains are going to start from tomorrow i.e. Sunday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off three new Vande Bharat Express trains on 10th August. These include KSR Bengaluru-Belgavi Vande Bharat Express, Shrimata Vaishno Devi Katra-Amritsar Vande Bharat Express and Nagpur (Ajni)-Pune Vande Bharat Express.
These three trains will run in four states (Karnataka, Maharashtra, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir). Their launch will give new impetus to tourism and economic activities in these four states. With the introduction of these trains, the number of Vande Bharat trains in Karnataka will increase to 11 (22 services). At the same time, this number will increase to 12 in Maharashtra, 5 in Punjab and 5 in Jammu and Kashmir. At present, 144 Vande Bharat train services are being operated across the country. With the new three trains, this number will reach 150. So far, more than 6.3 crore passengers have traveled in Vande Bharat.

Vande Bharat will cover the longest distance
Nagpur (Ajni)-Pune Vande Bharat Express will be the longest-distance Vande Bharat. It will cover a distance of 881 kilometers. Its average speed will be 73 kilometers per hour.

Equipped with modern facilities
The completely indigenous semi-high speed Vande Bharat Express is equipped with armor protection system. It features a foldable snack table, mobile charging port, comfortable seats, modern toilets, infotainment system and GPS based real-time tracking, which gives information about speed, location to passengers at all times.
