PM Modi to visit Nal Air Base to honour armed forces for ‘Operation Sindoor
PM Narendra Modi will visit Nal Airbase in Bikaner, Rajasthan on Thursday, where he will meet the brave soldiers of the Indian Air Force who foiled Pakistan's drone and missile attacks during Operation Sindoor. Let us tell you that this visit is PM Modi's second airbase visit after 'Operation Sindoor', before this he has visited Adampur Airbase in Punjab. Today, PM Modi will also address his first public meeting after 'Operation Sindoor' in Palana, Bikaner.
Nal Airbase is 150 km away from the Pakistan border
Bikaner's Nal Airbase, which is just 150 km from the Pakistan border, is an important strategic center for the security of India's western border. During 'Operation Sindoor', on the night of 7 May, Indian missiles destroyed the terrorist hideout of Jaish-e-Mohammed in Bahawalpur.

In response, Pakistan tried to attack the Nal airbase with drones and missiles, but the brave soldiers of the Indian Air Force thwarted these attacks through a strong air defense system. The debris of drones and missiles were found scattered around Bikaner.
Nal Airbase strategic center for the security of western border
More than 100 terrorists were killed in India's attack. 26 people lost their lives in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April. In response to this, India launched 'Operation Sindoor' on the night of 6-7 May. In this operation, 9 terrorist hideouts were destroyed in Pakistan and PoK, in which more than 100 terrorists were killed.

Darshan at Karni Mata temple and public meeting in Palana
PM Modi will start his tour by reaching Nal Airbase at 9:45 am. After this, he will visit and worship at the famous Karni Mata temple in Deshnok at 10:30 am, which is considered a symbol of power. This tour is important not only strategically but also symbolically, as it reflects India's strength and cultural pride.
At 12 noon, PM Modi will address a huge public meeting in Palana village, where he will directly meet the public for the first time after 'Operation Sindoor'.
Gift of projects worth 26 thousand crores
PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate development projects worth Rs 26 thousand crores in Bikaner today. He will inaugurate the redeveloped station under the Amrit Bharat Station Yojana at Deshnok railway station at 11 am and flag off the Bikaner-Mumbai Express train.

This train will operate once a week, covering the distance of 1,213 km from Bikaner to Mumbai in 22 hours. Apart from this, there will be a virtual inauguration of 103 Amrit Bharat stations built at a cost of Rs 1,100 crore in 86 districts of 18 states. These include 8 stations in Rajasthan.
Road and rail projects will be dedicated to the nation
The Prime Minister will dedicate 7 road projects worth Rs 4,850 crore to the nation, including 3 vehicle underpasses and widening of national highways. These projects will strengthen the defense infrastructure in border areas. Also, 6 rail lines including Churu-Sadarpur will be inaugurated after their electrification.
PM will also lay the foundation stone and inaugurate 25 other projects of the Rajasthan government, including solar power projects, water supply schemes and nursing colleges.
