PM Modi US Visit: How do the people perceive him and his trip to the US?

Our OTT India team is
in the US right now, following PM Modi’s trip there so that you can stay
informed. During the trip, our team talked to some people who were there for PM
Modi’s visit to the US. This is what they said:

On being asked for PM Modi’s visit to the USA and its significance, one Mid-age Man at Reagan centre said that “Given that various defence technologies and equipment were signed,
which had never been done before, this has raised the relationship between the
two countries to a new level. This is one of the few state visits where persons
have been acquired and where any individual has addressed the US Congress
twice.”

Do
you think that relationship between India and us is now stronger?

Indeed they are. Absolutely! And all of us can sense it here. In light of the
administration of Vice President Joe Biden’s warm reception of Prime Minister
Narendra Modi. This demonstrates the strength of India and the impact of the
Indian diaspora living in the United States, as well as the positive effect
this has on both countries.

So
what do you like about Prime Minister Narendra Modi?

Rusha,
a resident over there stated that she appreciates what he has done for the
country and, even before that, for Gujarat. During his tenure as prime
minister, he has made enormous improvements in terms of safety and progress. And
we are observing the same now that he is the Prime Minister of India. And, of
course, yesterday’s incredible welcome and reception he received here was
incredible.

He
spoke about woman’s empowerment. What do you think as a woman?

I think it’s really
cool. And I’ve seen him do that in Gujarat, where I grew up.  For women’s rights, for girls, against female
feticide, and for all of those things. Those things were important to him
before, and they are still important to him now. So I believe he sticks to what
he says. Rusha stated.

When a group of women
at the event centre were queried about their enthusiasm for the visit of Prime
Minister Narendra Modi, they expressed their joy. At 5 am they arrived
promptly.  After that, they were provided
with front-row seats to view the PM Modi.

They claimed that Prime
Minister Modi tirelessly serves the country. They conveyed that not only India,
but the entire world, looks up to and admires PM Modi.

A resident of the US and
attendee at the event said that “I don’t think nothing could be better than what
happened from day one till today. The whole country kind of has a vibration
about Modi being here.

I talked to a few
people over in the city and they told us that the city hasn’t been this alive in
the last ten years this is going on. So everybody’s excited about Modi’s visit
here.

Mary:
“I’m thrilled to celebrate the prime minister tonight. His week was momentous.
The US-India partnership, the world’s largest democracies, was on show.  It’s a Wonderful week.”

Admiration
for India

“I love the people so much. I love the Indian
people. Last year, for the 75th anniversary, I went to India for the first
time. It really was a very special and unique time. So, I definitely can’t wait
to go back to India for the G 20 meeting. International Yoga Day was on a day
that will go down in history. So many people from all over the world come from
more than 180 countries. I think I need to take a few more yoga classes to keep
up with the prime minister. But I liked being there with him at that time.”

Modi

“He is a great boss. He
is also a great guy. A very humble man, a very kind man. He is a man of the
people for sure. So, I’ve really liked getting to know him, and I’m
excited to celebrate him tonight at the last event of his historic state
arrival visit”. Mary mentioned.

India-US
Relations

“Absolutely, I will
tell you that I think the relationship between the United States and India,
which are the two biggest democracies in the world, has never been stronger.
Prime Minister Modi deserves a lot of thanks for this. Together, the
United States and India are the shining examples of freedom and democracy around
the world. So that was clear this week, and I’m sure there will be a lot more
great things to come now that the prime minister is in charge. “Mary Said

Views
on Sanatan Dharma

“Oh, I loved it. I love
the culture. And I tell you, I give a lot of credit to Dr. Moksharaj, my Hindi
teacher, who’s based in Rajasthan, who really introduced me to the culture of
India in such beautiful ways as we were learning Hindi. And so I look forward
to experiencing more of India. I may buy a house by this time I may have a
house in India by this time next year, but I really love it.” Mary stated.

On PM Modi’s US visit,

prime leader reminded Congress that untidiness is possible when it matters.
