The Prime Minister Modi will reply to the President's address motion in Rajya Sabha today, on 6 February. PM Modi will speak in Rajya Sabha at around 5 pm. There are chances of a strong uprising during this time. The opposition is constantly demanding a debate on the stampede incident in Maha Kumbh. The fifth day of proceedings will be held today in the budget session of Parliament.
The House was adjourned on Wednesday due to voting for the Delhi Assembly elections.

Every year, in the first part of the budget session, the motion of thanks on the President's address is discussed. The discussion on the President's address started on 3 February. On 4 February, on the fourth day of the budget session, PM Modi replied to the President's address. During this, he attacked the Gandhi family, Kejriwal and opposition leaders without naming them.

During this, the opposition parties also created a lot of ruckuses in the House. Privilege violation motion may come against Sonia and Pappu. 

At the same time, today a privilege violation motion may come against Sonia Gandhi and Pappu Yadav in Parliament. Both have been given notice for the comment made on President Murmu on the first day of the budget session. On Monday, BJP MPs gave a notice of privilege violation against Congress Rajya Sabha MP Sonia Gandhi and Lok Sabha independent MP Pappu Yadav.

BJP MPs accused both the leaders of using derogatory and reprehensible words against the President with the aim of lowering the dignity of the highest post.

PM Modi will speak in Rajya Sabha today on President's address motion

The budget session of Parliament began on January 31. The first session will be from January 31 to February 13 and the second session from March 10 to April 14. 16 bills have been listed for introduction in the session. President Draupadi Murmu addressed the joint sitting of Parliament on January 31. On February 1, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the full budget in the House.
Now the motion of thanks on the President's address is being discussed. PM Modi will speak on the motion of thanks to the President's address in the Rajya Sabha on February 6.
