Preparations for the flag hoisting ceremony at the top of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya have intensified. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will be the chief guests at the event and will hoist a 22-foot-long and 11-foot-wide flag at the top of the Ram Temple on November 25th. PM Modi will hoist a 22-foot-tall religious flag

A large gathering of senior BJP leaders will be held in Ayodhya on November 25th for this event, which will also mark the beginning of the party's new campaign. Sources said the Prime Minister will invite participants for the world's largest Scout and Guide Jamboree, which is expected to attract over 35,000 cadets. He will also review the success of the Develop Uttar Pradesh campaign, which has received over 500,000 suggestions so far, and inspect the Noida International Airport being built in Jewar.

Flag will feature symbols of the Sun, Om, and the Kovidar tree

According to Govind Dev Giri, treasurer of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, a saffron flag bearing the symbols of the Sun, Om, and the Kovidar tree, described in the Valmiki Ramayana, will be hoisted on the 42-foot-tall pillar at the 161-foot-tall peak of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on November 25. Govind Dev Giri said the five-day event will begin on November 21 and conclude with the flag hoisting ceremony on November 25.

10,000 guests can attend the flag hoisting ceremony

The Ram Temple Trust has increased the number of guests for this event from 8,000 to 10,000. Flag hoisting will also take place at six other temples in the Ram Temple complex, including the Sheshavatar Temple. These are dedicated to Lord Shiva, Ganesha, Surya, Hanuman, Mata Bhagwati, and Annapurna. Anil Mishra, a member of the Ram Temple Trust, stated that during the flag hoisting ceremony, special prayers, havans, and other rituals will be performed at all eight temples, including the Ram Temple.

Flag will withstand storms of up to 60 km/h

The acharyas from Ayodhya and Kashi will conduct the rituals. The flagpole at the top of the Ram Temple will be supported by a 360-degree rotating ball bearing. This will ensure that the flag can withstand winds of up to 60 km/h and is undamaged during storms. The flag's fabric is being tested for quality and its ability to withstand storms. The agency producing the flag will present the test report at the Building Construction Committee meeting on October 28th.
