Prostitution Under the Guise of a Spa... Police Raid '7 C Wellness' in Nagpur; 2 Women Rescued

The Beltarodi police have arrested a woman who was running a prostitution ring under the cover of a spa center in a residential area of Nagpur, rescued two victimized women, and seized goods worth ₹15,000. One of the victimized women hails from Odisha; she was coerced into prostitution through the lure of money.

Specifically, the Beltarodi police had received intelligence regarding the operation of a prostitution racket under the cover of the '7 C Wellness Spa' located in the Manish Nagar precinct. Under the guidance of Senior Police Inspector Mukund Kawade of Beltarodi, a police team laid a trap and conducted a raid.

The police have not only apprehended the prime female accused but have also liberated two victimized women—who had been brought in from other states—from a living hell.

During the raid, the operation was executed by deploying decoy customers, which exposed the fact that prostitution was indeed being conducted within the spa center. Investigations revealed that the accused woman would lure women from other states with promises of money and force them into prostitution.

Two women were rescued from the spa center, one of whom is a resident of the state of Odisha. Both victimized women have been placed in a safe location for their protection and rehabilitation.
