Red Notice by Interpol issues against 19 Year old Haryana Boy
The Interpol issued a red notice against a 19 year old Haryana boy who is a designated Gangster.
The 19 Year old gangster goes by the name Yogesh Kadyan is charged with several cases. The cases involves attempt to murder, criminal conspiracy and arms act.
According to media reports, the Haryana boy has fled India and has taken shelter in USA.
Since NIA as been carrying out operations to crackdown the gangster-terror network, many gangsters have either gone underground or have fled India using fake passport. Yogesh Kadyan is also suspected to have fled India using Fake Passport.
During one of the operations by NIA, the agency raided his house and other hideouts.
In its notice the Interpol stated “criminal conspiracy, attempt to murder, acts done by several persons in furtherance of a common intention, possession and use of prohibited arms and ammunition”.
Through the notice Interpol requested the member countries to find and detain the person temporarily until extradition, surrender or a similar other legal process takes places.
The gangster stems from Beri village in Haryana and was born on July 12, 2004. He is said to be a member of the Babinha gang operating in US and is also considered as an expert of cutting-edge weaponry.
According to reports, along with being a member of Babinha gang, he also has connections with Khalistani supporters.
