Redmi 15C 5G:  The Redmi 15C 5G is set to launch in India soon, and its potential price and specifications have leaked online. The phone will come in three storage variants and is believed to be a budget phone. Its price could start at ₹11,500. The handset has previously been introduced in global markets, where it was launched with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and a large 6000mAh battery. These same features may be seen in India as well.

This handset could pose a strong challenge in the entry-level 5G segment.

Possible Price and Variants of the Redmi 15C 5G in India

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Redmi 15C 5G may be launched in three variants in India. The base model could come with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, priced around ₹11,500. The second variant will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and is expected to cost ₹12,500. The top variant will come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, expected to cost ₹14,500.

What will be the design and display?

Regarding the Redmi 15C 5G's display, the phone is expected to feature a 6.9-inch HD+ (720×1600 pixels) resolution screen. It is expected to feature a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate, which are the same specifications as the global variant. The phone was launched globally in September in Dusk Purple, Midnight Black, and Mint Green color options. The Indian model is also expected to come with the same design and color palette.

Processor, Camera, and Battery Features

Specification leaks suggest that the Redmi 15C 5G could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which is based on a 6nm processor. The phone is expected to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, a secondary sensor, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front. Storage is expandable up to 1TB.
