A major update has emerged regarding Kanpur's infamous Lamborghini accident. Police have arrested Shivam Mishra, the accused in this high-profile case. Five police teams were engaged in the search for Mishra. Now, the police have arrested him and presented him in court. The incident on VIP Road in the Gwaltoli area has been in the news ever since the accident on the VIP Road in Kanpur. Several people were injured after being hit by a car worth approximately 12 crore rupees.

The accident occurred on Sunday on VIP Road in Kanpur's posh Gwaltoli area. A Lamborghini supercar worth approximately ₹12 crore suddenly went out of control. The speeding car first hit an e-rickshaw, then a motorcyclist and a pedestrian. It then collided with a roadside pole. Several people were injured in the accident and were immediately rushed to the hospital.

This case also gained attention because the luxury car involved in the accident belongs to the city's prominent business house, the Banshidhar Tobacco Group. Shivam Mishra, son of business tycoon KK Mishra, was driving it. Police claimed that Shivam Mishra, director of a company affiliated with the group, was driving the car. However, after the incident, the defense claimed otherwise, claiming that Mohan Lal was the driver.

The entire case has seen conflicting claims regarding who was behind the wheel. Police claimed that Shivam Mishra was driving the car, while the defense and the family claimed that a driver named Mohan Lal was behind the wheel. Mohan Lal also identified himself as the driver in a media interview, claiming that Shivam Mishra had fallen on him at the time of the accident, causing him to lose his balance. However, the viral video showed Shivam Mishra in the driving seat.

Following the incident, the Inspector-in-Charge of Gwaltoli Police Station was initially placed under suspension by the Police Commissioner for negligence. Subsequently, senior officers began monitoring the investigation. After his name was added to the FIR, a police team also reached Shivam Mishra's home, but the door remained unopened, forcing the team to return.
