Strong earthquake hits Japan’s Kyushu region, magnitude 6.0 on Richter scale

After Myanmar, now Japan has felt strong tremors of earthquake. An earthquake of magnitude 6.0 was recorded in Japan's Kyushu region at 7:34 pm Indian time. According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the epicenter of this earthquake was located on Kyushu Island.

Although no major damage or casualties have been reported so far, Japan's Meteorological Agency has not yet issued any tsunami warning after this earthquake. Let us tell you that Kyushu is Japan's third largest island and is known for seismic activities. The local administration has advised residents to remain alert and prepare for possible tremors.
