TAJ Mahal : The monuments received 1.9Crore property and Water tax
<p>Ever heared that a monument in the coutry gets a tax bill? Recently Country’s one of the best monument TAJ Mahal recieved tax of around 1.9 Crore. On the other hand, Municipal commissioner Nikhil T Funde said he was unaware of tax-related proceedings related to the Taj Mahal. “Fresh notices are being issued based on the statewide geographic information system (GIS) survey conducted for calculation of taxes,” Nikhil said in one of his interviews.
“All premises, including government buildings and religious sites, have been issued notices based on dues pending on them,” he said.
