With this defeat, she ended her 20 years long Tennis career, as this was her official last match which she lost it. Sania already announced her retirement from her Tennis career, she announced her retirement through a note on the 13th of January early this year in the Australian Open tournament that Dubai Championship would be her last match to be played officially.

Sania started her career in the Women’sdoubles category, and till today
she has won 3 grand slams, 43 WTA titles, in other hands she also won 3 grand Slams in mixed doubles. She was ranked No. 1 in the women’s doubles rankings for a long time.
