Train Coach derailed in Delhi, No causalities reported

On Sunday morning a train heading to Delhi derailed near Pragati Maidan.

The fifth coach of train started from Palwal in Haryana derailed. It was a local EMU. According to reports, the train was not crowded which is why, no passenger suffered injuries. The incident took place near Delhi's Bhairon Marg.  The accident took place the venue of G20 Venue of Pragati Maidan.

After the accident, railway staff members rushed to the site to provide relief. All passenger were safely evacuated.

"The train was not crowded. All passengers have been evacuated to safety," he said. The train derailed between Nizamuddin and Tilak Bridge on the main line, the official said.

A senior police officer said, "No injury has been reported. No public person was present at the spot. Railway staff members have arrived for repairs.
