Two prisoners were shot at Samastipur District court in Bihar

Bihar police arrested liquor mafia Prabhat Chaudhary some days ago and he was brought to Samastipur District court for hearing.

While he was being brought for hearing, 4 unidentified people came and targeted Prabhat Chaudhary and shot him and flew away. Prabhat Chaudhari was shot in his leg and one another prisoner was shot at the scene.

The Police was after Prabhat Chaudhari for the past 6 months and captured him with the help of legal team and STF. The Police successfully broke his nexus and arrested him.

Bihar Police suspects that Prabhat Chaudhari was shot by his former partners.

Police has started investigating for the criminals who ran away. They have also tightened the security at District court. This information was given by Samastipur SP Vinay Tiwari.

BJP targeting CM Nitish Kumar

BJP has started targeting Nitish Kumar government asking for his resignation by saying that the CM has not been able to handle Law and order in the country.

Targeting the  CM, BJP MP said in a statement to ANI that " In this state, witnesses are not safe. A few days ago a journalist was killed in Araria, he was a witness in a murder case...If witnesses are not safe then the criminals won't get punishment. Frequently coal mafia and sand mafia are attacking police".

BJP President Samrat Chaudhari said "Bihar CM Nitish Kumar is not able to handle the state...The situation in the state is not good and when there is a firing inside the court premises then how is the law & order strict in the state...Nitish Kumar should immediately resign."
