The Noida Commissionerate Police has held the number one spot in complaint redressal for the past year. According to statistics released by the Commissionerate's Media Cell, under the leadership of Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh, the Commissionerate has consistently secured the first rank across the entire state of Uttar Pradesh for a full year. This achievement is attributed to the prompt resolution of complaints received via the IGRS portal. IGRS is a government-operated online platform where citizens can register their grievances and seek their resolution.

In the monthly reports issued by the Chief Minister's Office, the Gautam Buddh Nagar Police has consistently maintained the number one ranking.

The Gautam Buddh Nagar Commissionerate has secured the first position across the entire state in the resolution of public grievances received through the IGRS portal. The Gautam Buddh Nagar Commissionerate also held the top spot in the state regarding feedback collection and outreach to applicants. This time, all 27 police stations within the district achieved the first rank. The evaluation report for the month of August was released on Friday by the Chief Minister's Office. Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh has announced that the officer in charge of the IGRS team will be felicitated for this achievement.

The objective of this system is to provide citizens with a simple and effective channel through which they can register their grievances and receive their prompt resolution. Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh states that, under this system, Gautam Buddh Nagar securing the first rank in the month of August is a significant achievement. It serves as a testament to the swift and effective resolution of citizens' grievances. When complaints are resolved promptly and correctly, public trust in the administration is bolstered.

The Gautam Buddh Nagar Police Commissionerate remains steadfast in its continuous efforts to provide such prompt assistance to all citizens. Standing instructions have been issued to every police station to designate a specific officer solely for the purpose of grievance redressal; furthermore, upon the receipt of any complaint, the aggrieved party is to be summoned immediately so that their grievance may be heard and resolved without delay.



The Police Commissioner has awarded cash prizes to the personnel posted at the IGRS cell to boost their morale. Additionally, police personnel assigned to the IGRS portal across various circles and all police stations have each received a cash reward of ₹1,000. The following police stations secured the top ranks: Phase 2, Beta 2, Ecotech 3, Sector-20, Jewar, Surajpur, Dankaur, Sector-142, Sector-49, Badalpur, Dadri, Bisrakh, Rabupura, Knowledge Park, Phase 3, Sector-39, Jarcha, Phase 1, Sector-24, Sector-126, Ecotech 1, Expressway, Sector-58, Sector-113, Kasna, Sector-63, and the Women's Police Station.
